Fresh Expressions (FX)
for Connections Groups and Faith Activities
Fresh Expressions (FX) is a method and a movement. It's a way for discovering, practicing, and sharing faith for the 21st century. It uses practices of Jesus and the early church to bring people inside and outside the church together for celebration, learning, and service.
At St. Paul's we support creating groups for relationship building, and organizing special events based on the FX principle that it's all about love in community. All are welcome.
Our members are equipped for using their interests for offering activities for everyday faith experiences. Let us know if you would like to share an interest, hobby, or take up something new with others.

wellness ministry
This pop-up wellness ministry celebrates community in wholesome, healthy, and mindful activities for all ages. Our intent is to invite greater peace and health into our lives through meditation, movement, and mindfulness.
If your life feels chaotic, lonely, or unwell, this new ministry series offers simple but powerful ways to fill it with balance, support, and wholeness.
